REQUEST TO BOOK A TIME

This form is not a final booking!

This is just your initial message for me, we will talk and you will have opportunity to add/modify/correct, so no stress about getting it perfect.

Precise details only really matter if you have a very strict budget in mind (and we can discuss it as we develop the tattoo together before the appointment). 


I’ll confirm your date and appointment within a week of receiving your request (there might be some wait, sorry about it!)

Once we have an initial chat and agree on a date, I’ll reach out again to ask any questions and send drafts to discuss a day or two before your appointment.

If any part of this process feels confusing, feel free to ask in the form, or via DM or email — before or after!

If you’d like a copy of your request sent to your e-mail, there’s a checkmark before you submit.

IMPORTANT:

If you want to be contacted through instagram - make sure you are following my account @north.roots.tattoo, that’s the only way I can text you if your account is private/not go to spam if it’s public.

Suggest **at least 3 dates **if possible. If you’re flexible, mention what kind of flexibility you have (dates, days of the week, months, etc.).

If only one date works due to work, school, or travel — mention that and I will try to accommodate.

The more options, the better — but if none are available by the time I get to your request, I’ll reach out anyway to figure something out.

I usually work Tuesday, Thursday–Sunday. Most appointments start around 12:00.

Starting after 14:00 is possible in some cases — mention it if that’s your only option, though these spots are limited and better suited for smaller pieces or if we are working on a big project more casually.

Weekend spots are in high demand, so please request them if you genuinely can’t make a weekday <3
