REQUEST TO BOOK A TIME

This form is not a final booking, so no stress if you don’t have everything figured out yet or if your ideas change later. :)

It’s just your first message to me so I can find you a starting date and get everything into my system. We’ll chat afterwards, and you’ll have plenty of chances to add, change or clarify anything before your appointment.

The only details that really matter at this stage are things like a strict or specific budget or any important limitations - we can work everything out together in later chats.

I’ll confirm your appointment within about a week of receiving your request (there might be a little wait, sorry!).

Suggest at least 3 dates if possible. If you’re flexible, let me know how (days, dates, months, etc.).

If only one date works because of work, school or travel, that’s completely fine—just mention it and I’ll do my best to make it work.

The more options you give me, the better. If none are available by the time I get to your request, I’ll reach out and we’ll figure something out together.

I usually tattoo Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday–Sunday. Most appointments start around 12:00, but it’s not set in stone.

Starting after 14:00 is sometimes possible, so mention it if that’s your only option. These spots are limited and only suitable for smaller tattoos or shorter sessions.

Weekend appointments are in high demand, so please only request them if weekdays aren’t possible. You might have to wait longer for a weekend date, as they always go first ♥

This isn't shown to me or anyone unless I actively go and look it up in a not very accessible way, so no worry! — it's only used to look up your file if something comes up.

I'll be reaching out using whichever of these you fill in, so double check they're correct. Both are best to fill out if possible! I prefer to reach out via Instagram first when it's available, since it has a lower risk of getting lost in spam and it’s easier to chat there.

Your aftercare instructions will be sent by e-mail.

There’s an image uploader below with a basic pen tool if you want to circle or draw on your references.

Describe your idea with words and pictures - write freely. I’m good at asking follow-up questions, so we can figure everything out together ;)

I love visual explanations, so feel free to:

  • draw any way available to you, doesn’t need to be “good”
  • make a collage
  • * send tattoos done by me or other artists
  • * write or draw directly on reference images

Anything that helps communicate the idea is welcome.

If you’d like a more accurate price estimate, send as many style references as you can. Screenshots of tattoos you like or photos of your own tattoos are perfect - they help me understand things like:

  • overall darkness
  • line thickness
  • style (illustrative, graphic, realistic, etc.)
  • level of details / type of shading

Photos you send don’t need to match your tattoo for this part (if you want an owl, a picture of a wolf tattoo you like or a plant illustration also gives a lot of info).

I won’t copy other artists’ work, but references help me understand the direction and vibe you’re after.

You don’t need to send photos of your body unless it’s a cover-up or you have a specific area to fill. If I need them later, I’ll message you with instructions.

Write down how you think you want it to be. This doesn't need to be specific and it's not set in stone - it's just the general idea you have right now. You can also explain placement and size using pictures of any tattoos. Feel free to draw on yourself!

If you're not sure and don't have a ruler, don't try to guess centimetres - that often ends up being wrong. Describe size using:

  • objects
  • palms
  • pictures
  • reference tattoos

That's completely enough for me.

Very specific placements: if the tattoo has to fit a very exact spot, like between existing tattoos, please send clear photos of that area and measurements - we might also need a video call to figure it out, and I'll let you know. You can still fill out the rest of the form normally and just mention this here.

I've written more about this on the prices page. Mention your budget wishes here if you have something in mind, and I'll aim to work with what's possible within it. I will let you know if your idea will suffer or won’t be possible with the budget you set, if you are very strict about it. This isn't a final number, just something that helps guide the planning if you wanna give me something ahead of time!

Upload as much as you need, there’s also a pen tool and you can write/draw on each individual image! Uploading images of things you DON’T like equally helpful, if not more, so don’t hesitate. We can add to those later on if needed.
